Recipe: Taco's, the meat that wont fall out!!!! 1lb Ground Beef {or any ground meat} 1 Egg for every pound of meat { 2lbs makes a good 2 1/2 dozen, it depends on how much meat you want in each one } 1 tsp taco season mix { any kind } 1/2 tsp Garlic salt or powder 1/2 tsp pepper 12 corn tortilla's Oil In a bowl add the meat, eggs, and all the seasonings. Mix well with a fork or with your clean hands. With a fork spead about one tablespoon of the meat mixture on half of the tortilla, bringing the meat to the edge but not over. Pour Vegetable oil in a skillet, about a 1/4 inch. turn the heat up to Med. When oil is hot, put in taco. Hold the side with no meat and when tortilla begins to soften fold it over the other half with the meat. Fry as many as you can fit in your skillet. Fry until both sides are Golen brown. Place in dish that is lined with paper towels.Cover with lid or small kitchen towel. With your finger gently open enough to stuff them with whatever you like. Cheese, Lettuce, tomatoes,salsa, Avocado dip, anything your family enjoy's. They will be hot so be careful. These tacos have been passed down through my family for years. They are the best. Everyone who trys them loves them and can't get enough. There a Cheap meal and can easily feed a lot of pepole. ENJOY!!
